Introduction

By downloading, installing, or using the Medical Findings app (the "App"), you enter into a binding agreement governed by these Terms and Conditions (the "T&C"). Your continued use of the App signifies your understanding and unconditional acceptance of these T&C. If you disagree with any part of these T&C, you must not access or use the App.

Intellectual Property Rights

The App, including its Content (text, graphics, logos, code, user interface design, trademarks, etc.), is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Eleanor Quijano, or its licensors, retain exclusive ownership of the App and all associated intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit the App or its Content without Eleanor Quijano's express written permission.

Usage Rights

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on a single compatible mobile device solely for personal, non-commercial use. This license is subject to the following restrictions:

• You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or any of its components.

• You may not distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer the App to any third party.

• You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner that could damage, disable, or overburden the App's servers.

• You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, other accounts, or computer systems connected to the App.

App Modifications and Service Fees

Eleanor Quijano reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the App, or any features or services associated with the App, at any time, with or without notice. You acknowledge that your use of the App may be interrupted from time to time for maintenance or updates. While the App is currently offered free of charge, Eleanor Quijano reserves the right to introduce fees for premium features, enhanced functionality, or subscription plans in the future. You will be clearly notified in advance of any changes to the fee structure.

Data Privacy

Eleanor Quijano takes your privacy seriously. Our Privacy Policy  explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your device, login information, and any personal data stored within the App. Eleanor Quijano shall not be responsible for any unauthorized access to your user data that arises from a breach on your device or failure to safeguard your credentials.

User Responsibilities

• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any login information used to access the App. You agree to notify Eleanor Quijano immediately of any suspected unauthorized use.

• Data Charges: You understand that data carrier fees or mobile charges may apply when using the App and are solely your responsibility.

• App Updates: You are strongly encouraged to download and install the latest updates for the App to ensure optimal performance, maintain security, and address potential vulnerabilities.

• Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the App to:

  • Transmit spam, junk content, or any unsolicited/unauthorized communications

  • Impersonate others or create false identities

  • Introduce viruses, malware, or any harmful code

  • Interfere with, or disrupt, the App's services or servers .

12 Months PREMIUM ACCESS 

By purchasing the Premium Access, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1.  Subscription Duration:

1. • Upon purchase, the user will receive Unlock All Benefits for a period of 12 months or 1 year, commencing from the date of purchase.

2. Features Included:

 All Topics Unlocked:

• Gain access to all topics in anatomy, pharmacology, and terminology (Study & Play modes), along with any future updates released during the subscription period.

 Ad-Free Experience:

• Banner and interstitial advertisements will be removed.

• The user will no longer experience interruptions from ads while using the application.

• Note: The option for users to voluntarily watch advertisements and receive rewards will still be available.

• Purchasing the Premium Membership includes ad removal and will supersede any active 'Remove Ads' subscription. The 'Remove Ads' option will not be available for purchase while an active Premium Membership is in place.

Bonus 10,000 Coins:

• A one-time bonus of 10,000 coins will be awarded upon subscription purchase.

Double Reward Coins:

• • Users will receive double the standard reward coins for providing correct answers.

  • Normally 10 coins per correct answer, the subscription increases this reward to 20 coins per correct answer.

3. Subscription Renewal:

• The Premium Access Benefits subscription does not automatically renew after the 12-month period. Users will need to repurchase the subscription to continue enjoying the benefits.

4. Cancellation and Refunds:

• Subscription purchases are non-refundable, except as required by applicable laws.

5. User Responsibility:

• It is the user's responsibility to manage and keep track of the subscription duration.

6. Updates and Modifications:

• These terms and conditions are subject to change. Any modifications will be effective upon posting.

By purchasing and using the Premium Access Benefits subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from purchasing the subscription.

12 Months Ad-Free Experience

By purchasing the 12 Months Ad-Free Experience subscription, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

•   Upon purchase, the user will receive an Ad-Free Experience for a period of 12 months or 1 year, commencing from the date of purchase.

2. Ad-Free Experience:

During the subscription period:

• Banner and interstitial advertisements will be removed from the application.

• The user will no longer experience interruptions from ads while using the application.

3. Optional Ad Viewing:

• The option for users to voluntarily watch advertisements and receive rewards will still be available.

• Users may choose to participate in ad viewing to access additional benefits or rewards, independent of the ad-free subscription.

4. Subscription Renewal:

• The 12 Months Ad-Free Experience subscription does not automatically renew after the 12-month period. Users will need to repurchase the subscription to continue enjoying the ad-free experience.

5. Cancellation and Refunds:

•  Subscription purchases are non-refundable, except as required by applicable laws.

Coin Purchases

Coins represent an in-app virtual currency that can be purchased separately and used within the App to unlock access to various features or content. Coin purchases are processed directly through the Apple App Store. All sales are final.

If you encounter issues with a Coin purchase or would like to request a refund, please contact Apple Support directly. They manage all transaction-related inquiries and handle refunds according to their established policies. You can find more information on Apple's official support page at Apple Support .

Important Note: Eleanor Quijano does not directly process in-app purchases or issue refunds for Coins. All transactions are handled securely through the Apple App Store.

Liability Limitations

Eleanor Quijano provides the App "as is" and without express or implied warranties of any kind, including but not limited to, warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The App is intended for informational and educational purposes only, and the Content shall not be considered professional medical advice. Neither Eleanor Quijano, nor any content contributors, assume any liability for errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or delays in the App, its Content, or for any losses, damages, or injuries arising from the reliance on or use of the App. Eleanor Quijano's total liability in connection with the App, these T&C, or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid for in-app features or the VIP membership plan.

DMCA Compliance

Eleanor Quijano respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed within the App, please follow our established procedure for submitting a takedown request. Contact us via the designated form on the Contact Us page, clearly providing the following information:

• Identification of the allegedly infringing content

• Your contact information, including name, address, and email

• A statement confirming your ownership of the work

• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on their behalf

• Your electronic or physical signature.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Eleanor Quijano reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time with or without prior notice. Your continued use of the App following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is advised that you review these T&C periodically for any updates or changes.
